Prices are based on buffet style service with stainless steel chafing dishes and all food line equipment.

Custom made vegetarian entrees are available upon request.

Double entrees are available for an additional 5.00.

Sit down service is available in all items for an additional charge of 5.00 per person.

Prices do not include service charge (20%) and 9.25% Tennessee state sales tax which are added to all orders.  Tax exemption certificates must be presented in advance by fax or mail.  All charges are due and payable at time of service.  A one third deposit is required to hold all dates.

20% SERVICE CHARGE INCLUDES:
All servers (except bartenders), food line equipment
(tongs, chafers, trays, baskets, etc.) disposable plates, napkins, cups, plastic ware, ice.
Customary set up and break down.
Hard Clear Disposable Plates and/or “Silver” Plastic Tableware available for 0.75 cents per person.

Bartender Fees: 25.00 an hour.
